Need to add contacts, clients, stakeholders to your task? This app is exactly what you need. With it you can attach a business card to your task. For now it can show the contact's name, company, title, email address, phone number & address. This is how it looks like in your Asana task.

Once our app is installed to your workspace, you get a contact app, or a lightweight CRM, right inside Asana. You can click a task to open it, and there is a section named Contalist in the task detail panel. If you click Add a contact, you get two options, look up the contact or create new contact.

You can click Look up the contact, and type your name or 'Contalist' to search for a contact. If there is a match, it will be listed in the dropdown list.

Click the contact in the dropdown list to select it and it will be added to your task. Congrats! It's done.

Now if you like you can go to our web app, to create or import more contacts, clients, leads, or whatever needed into it. They will be available in Asana immediatelly. And you can attach a contact to your task by searching for it with the name, email address, etc. Check these help pages on how to import contacts and how to sign into our web app if needed.

And you can create new contact in Asana too. Click Add a contact and choose Create new contact , it will open a popup like this.

Fill the form and click Submit button, your contact will be created and added to the task.
