Answer: Our PowerUp is not available in mobile app yet. It is built with a framework provided by Trello, now the framework only supports browser and Trello's desktop app. We will support the Trello mobile app once Trello makes it possible.
Answer: The contacts you added to a card in Lite version will only be visible in Lite version, not visible in Full version, and vice versa. If you need to switch to the other version after adding a lot of contacts, please contact us, we can help migrate your data to the other version.
Answer: Get messages work can be tricky. Usually it's caused by incorrect email service settings. Please follow the instructions in the email settings page when setting it up, and contact us if you can't get it work.
Sometimes due to inactivity for long term, password change or your location change, services like Outlook will revoke your authorization to our app. The email service will not work, and you will need to remove your Outlook account and add it again.
