If you are a free user, you may have noticed that only you can see the contacts added to your card, other board members cannot access the contacts. Your contact data are stored and served by our service, not by Trello. So our service has no knowledge of your board members, unless they have created an account in our service and joined your Contalist team.
To share the contacts and work together with other board members, you will need to subscribe to our Business plan, then you can send email invitations to other members in your Contalist account page. You can do the subscription and invitation at your Contalist account page.
As you can see in the example account page above, you can subscribe by clicking the Subscribe button in the Subscription section. If you have problem when signing into your account page, check this How to sign into Contalist web app.
We have three plans, free, Pro and Business. Free and Pro plans are for solo users. Business plan is for users who have 10K+ contacts, or need to use our PowerUp in 3+ boards, or need to collaborate with other members.
Also with Business plan, you don't have limit on the number of actions/automations you can create.
The price for Business plan is $8/user/month or $72/user/year. We give 25% discount for annual subscription.
Remember you don't need to pay for every board member, only those who need to access the contacts are needed to join your Contalist team.

To subscribe to a plan, click the subscribe button, you will see a popup like this
You can choose the plan, which is Business in this case, set the number of users (or call it licenses) you need, and whether you want a monthly subscription or annual subscription. Then click the Upgrade button, and it will lead to you to PayPal to complete the payment.
Once the payment is completed, your account will be upgraded to Business plan automatically in a few minutes. Sometimes it can take more time if our service can't get the notification from PayPal in time, contact us if your payment is successful but the upgrade takes longer than 15 minutes.
After your account has been upgraded to Business plan, refresh your account page, and go to the Team section. It should look like this
Type or paste your coworkers' email addresses into the textbox, and click the Send invitation button. Email messages with instructions on how to sign up and accept your invitation will be sent to the email addresses. Once they follow the instructions in the invitation, and joined your team, the contacts will be accessible to all of you.
If you are a user of our PowerUp's Lite version, you can also open the About Contalist page in your Trello board, and do the subscription and send the invitations in it.
To join your team, your coworker just need to go to his Contalist account page and click the Accept button. And this can be done in About Contalist page too.
